Sloppy Chops Co. was founded on the idea of creating quality, customizable goods for well-loved animal companions. Each and every item is handmade from beginning to end and to each individual's specifications. We do understand that special occasions arise when you would like your items faster than our usual processing times. To accommodate these special requests, we are happy to offer RUSH services to meet your needs.
P R O C E S S I N G • T I M E S
NON-EMBELLISHED GOODS (do not have any studs, crystals, spikes, tags, etc.)
• 2-3 Days: Your order is moved to the very front of the line, processed ASAP and made our priority. It will be shipped no later than 3 business days after your order is placed
• 4-5 Days: Your order is moved up in line and will be shipped no later than 5 business days after it is placed
• 7-8 Days: When our usual processing time will seem like an eternity, we will get your item made quickly and shipped out no more than 8 business days after your order is placed
EMBELLISHED GOODS (these are all items that have studs, spikes, crystals, rivet-on or hanging tags etc. These items are especially labor intensive and require more time to craft)
• 4-6 Days | *Embellished*: Your order is moved to the front of the line and will be shipped no later than 6 business days after it is placed
• 12-14 Days | *Embellished*: Your order is moved up in line and will be shipped no later than 14 business days after it is placed
Please do take special note that a RUSH ORDER is our processing time to handcraft your order and place it in the mail. This processing time does NOT include the shipping time. You may select your preferred shipping method at checkout to best suit your needs and budget.
