Most products in our shop will be thoughtfully hand-crafted within 14 days.The header on the website will provide you with the most up-to-date information on order processing time for our goods.
All items in your order will be shipped together with the exception of apparel items which will ship separately.
We will make every effort to accommodate requested changes to an order once it is placed. We do request that you email us (in lieu of contacting us on social media) and confirm a response, acknowledging that we can, indeed, honor your request. Please be as specific as possible in your requests, as making order alterations on items that are truly customized goods can be risky. If your order has already been made, or is in the process of being created, extra charges may occur in accordance with our return/exchange policy.
We can accept order cancellations as long as we have not yet begun work on your order. If we have already begun work on your order, the order cancellation shall be treated as a return and subject to our return policy.
Under most circumstances, the answer to this question is yes. If you are wanting a collar design, what is usually most helpful is a drawing (don't worry, it doesn't have to be fancy), so feel free to send me a message and I would love to discuss your idea.
A firm exception to this rule is if you send a photo and ask us to duplicate a design from another maker. We will deeply encourage the support of the original artist, who has likely invested a significant amount of time, effort and money into creating a unique product for you.
