Most products in our shop will be thoughtfully hand-crafted within 14 days.The header on the website will provide you with the most up-to-date information on order processing time for our goods.
All items in your order will be shipped together with the exception of apparel items which will ship separately.
We make every reasonable effort to accommodate order changes when possible. All requests should be submitted via email and are only considered confirmed once you receive written acknowledgment that the change can be accommodated.
Because our items are made-to-order and often highly customized, we encourage reaching out as soon as possible with any requested changes. Requests should be clear and specific. Once an order is in progress or completed, changes may not be feasible, and additional charges may apply in accordance with our return and exchange policy.
If a requested change results in a refund, it will be issued as shop credit.
Order cancellations may be accepted as long as we have not yet begun work on your order.
Under most circumstances, the answer to this question is yes. If you are wanting a collar design, what is usually most helpful is a drawing (don't worry, it doesn't have to be fancy), so feel free to send me a message and I would love to discuss your idea.
A firm exception to this rule is if you send a photo and ask us to duplicate a design from another maker. We will deeply encourage the support of the original artist, who has likely invested a significant amount of time, effort and money into creating a unique product for you.
