Ordering a custom product can seem overwhelming, we know; but don't worry, we are here to help.

Here is a general "cheat sheet" which will answer commonly asked questions and walk you through the ordering process. Please read this entire document as we do not accept returns/exchanges on our leather goods due to their customized and time-intensive nature. Our goal is to have well-educated and happy customers that not only feel comfortable with the ordering process, but can also find a deeper appreciation for the high quality and customized nature of our leather goods.
