MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
All our collars, leashes and tags are individually made-to-order, by hand, and not mass-produced. Each item is crafted to your specific order details, including color, size, material width, hardware finish, etc. Because of this high level of personalization and the time-intensive nature of our work, all sales are final and we cannot offer returns or exchanges on any of our products. If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, please reach out to us and allow us the opportunity to make it right. 

  

SIZING
Please double-check all order details, including measurements according to our sizing guide, before placing your order. If you have questions regarding sizing, please reach out to us prior to placing your order as we do not refund collars for incorrect sizing or neck measurements provided.

 

COLOR
We strive to ensure that all pictures are as accurate as possible, but please understand that there may be color variations due to differences in screen displays and lighting. We offer our Denali Color Wheel so you may examine colors in person prior to purchase; therefore, we do not make exceptions to our return/exchange policy based on color.

 

CLOTHING ITEMS
+ Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery of product.
+ We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.

For items eligible for return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product and mail the product back to us within 14 days of its delivery date. We will not accept clothing items after this period.
