Small but mighty, this ultralight 1/4" diameter rope leash is an excellent companion on your roadtrip and backpacking adventures. Our lightestweight leash option, a 15ft Rolled Biothane Long Line is equivalent in weight to a 6ft Traditional Leash. Pliability is excellent and it condenses down nicely for stuffing in your pack.
You are welcome to select the style of handle on your leash. We offer traditional looped handles, drag lines (leash will have a cut end to reduce becoming entangled in brush), and no handle but a snap on each end with a dual o-ring stopper (popular for those in search of an adjustable multipurpose long line).
Always consider your dog's strength and activity level when choosing your hardware to keep your adventures safe and worry-free.

+ All orders which select an Autolocking Carabiner for their hardware will be made with SILVER hardware.
+ Our long line leashes are not designed to be used as ‘tie out’ gear or for tethering. Damage caused by using any of our products to tether a dog will not be covered under warranty. We don’t recommend tethering a dog due to excessive risk of loss, damage and injury. If you are planning on tying your dog to an outdoor line, please be sure to purchase items from a manufacturer that designs products specifically for that purpose.
+ The stopper for your slip lead will match your chosen leash color unless instructed otherwise in the Special Instructions.
