This shop exists because people return when they need something made well, because they tell a friend who would appreciate the work, and because they take the time to share their experience after an order arrives.
Every item sold through Sloppy Chops Co. is made by hand, one at a time, by a single artisan. There is no excess inventory and no automated production. When someone chooses to return to the shop or takes the time to leave a review, that support has a very direct and meaningful impact. Our Loyalty Program was created to reflect that reality and recognize those supportive actions in a way that feels aligned with how SCCo. operates. It is built to reward genuine engagement and to offer something meaningful in return to the people who continue to show up for our small business.

WAYS TO EARN
The Sloppy Chops Co. Loyalty Program is intentionally simple and entirely shop credit-based.
When you support the shop in the following ways, shop credit is automatically added to your account for future use:
01. COMPLETE AN ORDER
Returning customers are the foundation of this business, and that support matters to us. While our margins are small and we don’t operate like mass-produced shops, we believe in recognizing loyalty in a meaningful way. When you’re logged into your account at checkout, orders placed with Sloppy Chops Co. earn 2 percent back in shop credit.
02. LEAVE A PRODUCT REVIEW
Product reviews mean more to me than I can easily put into words. They’re one of the most genuine ways you can support this small, handmade business, and I read every single one.
After your order is delivered, we’ll reach out and invite you to leave a review. As a thank you for taking the time to share your experience, you’ll receive shop credit, and we’ll get to hear how your piece is being enjoyed.
03. REFER FRIENDS & FAMILY
Sloppy Chops Co. has always grown through word of mouth and personal recommendations. When you share the shop with a friend, family member, or training partner, that trust matters. If they place their first order using your referral link, they’ll receive a welcome discount, and you’ll receive shop credit in return.
LOYALTY PROGRAM FAQ
You can view your available shop credit at any time by signing into your account and opening the loyalty widget in the lower left-hand corner of the site. Once expanded, it will display your current shop credit balance.
Your shop credit lives in your account and is ready when you are. When you are signed in at checkout, any available balance will appear and can be applied to your order with a single click. Please note that shop credit cannot be used toward gift cards or orders that include gift cards.
Login to your Sloppy Chops Co. account and open the Loyalty Program widget in the lower left-hand corner of the site. Your unique referral code will be displayed there, and you can copy it to share with your community.
Shop credit earned from a product review is added once the review has been submitted and approved (generally within 24 hours).
Shop credit earned from a purchase is issued after your order has been completed and fulfilled (shipped). This ensures that credit is tied to finished work and keeps the program consistent for everyone. The amount of shop credit earned is based on your order subtotal, after any discounts and before shipping or taxes are applied. Gift cards, Rush Order Upgrades and repairs do not earn shop credit. All other purchases, including custom and made-to-order items, will automatically generate shop credit once the order is fulfilled.
Shop credit expires six months after it is issued. This ensures the loyalty program remains fair and sustainable for both you and Sloppy Chops Co. To make it easy to keep track, we’ll send reminder emails before any credit expires, giving you plenty of time to use it at your convenience.
No additional sign-up is required beyond having a customer account. Shop credit is automatically tracked and applied to your account when earned.
Shop credit is non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash. It is intended to be used within the shop as a thank you for continued support.
If something does not look right, you are always welcome to reach out. Sloppy Chops Co. is a microbusiness run by a single artisan, and while every effort is made to keep things running smoothly, occasional errors can happen. They are always handled with care and fairness.
There are countless ways to show appreciation, but a few small gestures make all the difference.
