Sloppy Chops Co. has always grown through repeat customers, personal recommendations, and thoughtful feedback. This shop exists because people return when they need something made well, because they tell a friend who would appreciate the work, and because they take the time to share their experience after an order arrives.
Every item sold through Sloppy Chops Co. is made by hand, one at a time, by a single artisan. There is no excess inventory and no automated production. When someone chooses to return to the shop or takes the time to leave a review, that support has a very direct and meaningful impact.
The loyalty program was created to reflect that reality and recognize those supportive actions in a way that feels aligned with how SCCo. operates. It is built to reward genuine engagement and to offer something meaningful in return to the people who continue to show up for our small business.

To begin earning, you will need to login or create an account under your preferred email address. This account is where all of your earned shop credit will be funneled.
WAYS TO EARN
The Sloppy Chops Co. Loyalty Program is intentionally simple and entirely shop credit-based. When you support the shop in the following ways, shop credit is added to your account for future use:
01. COMPLETE AN ORDER
When you are logged into your account at the time of purchase, orders placed with Sloppy Chops Co. earn a percentage back in shop credit.
Returning customers are the foundation of this business, and repeat support is recognized directly through the Loyalty Program.
02. LEAVE A PRODUCT REVIEW
Product reviews are truly one of the most valuable forms of support a small handmade business can receive. Reviews help future customers feel informed and confident, and they provide feedback that allows Sloppy Chops Co. to continue refining and improving our work.
After your order is delivered, we’ll send a friendly email inviting you to share your thoughts so you don’t miss the chance to earn shop credit and let us know how your piece is being enjoyed.
03. REFER FRIENDS & FAMILY
Personal recommendations are how this business has grown from the beginning. When someone chooses to share Sloppy Chops Co. with a friend, family member, or training partner, that trust matters.
When a new customer places their first order using your referral link, they receive a discount as a welcome. In return, you receive shop credit as a thank you for making the connection.
LOYALTY PROGRAM FAQ
You can view your available shop credit at any time by opening the loyalty widget in the lower left-hand corner of the site. Once expanded and you are signed into your account, it will display your current shop credit balance.
Shop credit is automatically available at checkout when you are signed into your Sloppy Chops Co. account. If you have an available balance, it will appear as a payment option during checkout and can be applied to your order at that time.
Login to your Sloppy Chops Co. account and open the Loyalty Program widget in the lower left-hand corner of the site. Your unique referral link will be displayed there, and you can copy it to share with your community.
Shop credit earned from a product review is added once the review has been submitted and approved (generally within 24 hours).
Shop credit earned from a purchase is issued after your order has been completed and fulfilled (shipped). This ensures that credit is tied to finished work and keeps the program consistent for everyone. The amount of shop credit earned is based on your order subtotal, after any discounts and before shipping or taxes are applied. Gift cards, Rush Order Upgrades and repairs do not earn shop credit. All other purchases, including custom and made-to-order items, will automatically generate shop credit once the order is fulfilled.
Shop credit expires six months after it is issued. This ensures the loyalty program remains fair and sustainable for both you and Sloppy Chops Co. To make it easy to keep track, we’ll send reminder emails before any credit expires, giving you plenty of time to use it at your convenience.
No additional sign-up is required beyond having a customer account. Shop credit is automatically tracked and applied to your account when earned.
Shop credit is non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash. It is intended to be used within the shop as a thank you for continued support.
If something does not look right, you are always welcome to reach out. Sloppy Chops Co. is a microbusiness run by a single artisan, and while every effort is made to keep things running smoothly, occasional errors can happen. They are always handled with care and fairness.
There are countless ways to show appreciation, but a few small gestures make all the difference.
